Our Objectives

Project Asian Elephants 101 is multidimensional in scope, including practical applications that will guide the youth to delve deeper into the challenges facing Asian elephants. It is designed to enlighten the youth of India, inspire open conversations and community engagements that will spur actions. Documenting, evaluating and presenting our findings will be a key part of this project.

 Elefantastic Retreats

Rooted in Spiritual Ecology and Systems Biology, this program is designed for adults, providing them with a deeper understanding of how to resolve complex issues such as exploitation of natural resources, including elephants, and depletion of species, while examining and reassessing the underlying attitudes and worldviews about earth, and fostering the spiritual and physical responsibilities toward the planet. Documenting, evaluating and presenting our findings will be a key part of this project.

 Symposiums for Bureaucrats

Decision makers from relevant departments and agencies will be invited to participate in this cross ministries initiative, in an effort to bridge the communications gap and discuss collaborative solutions that can be implemented immediately. The symposium is aimed at empowering all stakeholders with knowledge on the existing laws, enforcement, and most importantly the ecological and biological significance in releasing elephants into a sanctuary.

 Advocacy and Litigation

Advocacy and litigation will be an ongoing part of our mission in ensuring that the laws of the land are enforced, and the rules are regularly updated and adhered to by the authorities. Tackle wildlife crime, close legislative loopholes, launch petitions as and when required.
