VFAE is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, with a mission is to protecting the endangered Asian elephants and their habitats in India, while ensuring that our projects employ the native people living near the forest fringes, and provide them with basic needs, so they will be inspired to conserve the natural world and coexist peacefully with these magnificent animals.
